I guess it says something about our times that we just expect to get a runaround in an endless phone tree, followed by a person who doesn't speak English. I just called about a delayed trash pick up and GOT A REAL HUMAN BEING who TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY.
I'm stunned.
