Anyone else down because of the cold weather?
I have played hooky for the last two days and I know that I am going to be screwed up when I go back to my job. I am going to be so far behind in my work that I might not be able to catch up.

Anyone else get the blues and sit in your Pj's for days?

I don't need meds I am feeling a bit lonely at times.

2. I have a store connected to my building
If I need cat food I don't even have to leave which is kind of bad because they will bring it up.

It's going to be damn cold here tonight isn't it.

3. I'm a little down for reasons mostly unrelated to the weather.
But, I'm better today than yesterday.

16. San Diego doesn't have everything...
Unlike, say, Green Bay, we don't have a professional football team...
Or baseball team...
Or basketball...
Or hockey...
Or soccer...
Or tiddlywinks...

12. Yes
I hate winter. I have arthritis, and cold weather makes it worse. I also have seasonal affective disorder, and my clinical depression gets worse when the days are short.

Bertha doesn't like bitter cold, but she enjoys living in MD. She grew up in So. Cal. and she likes seeing 4 seasons. She really likes snow as long as we don't have to commute in it. I hope that at some point we get a really big snow storm -- like 2 feet or more -- just so she can experience it.

15. YES! YES! YES! YES! YES!
I can't fucking stand this weather. My body is having a hard time handling this cold, and I'm avoiding going out when I can. Does make it tough to do food shopping and such. I have trouble getting myself out of bed in the morning, even when I have to go to work. It's so warm and cozy under all the covers.

17. I have had Arthritis since I was 5 years old
The cold makes it so much worse that I want to move to Florida and I think that I just lost my job because I can't get motivated to go into work.

18. I am out of work because of the cold...
I am a contract archaeologist and because of the weather, I haven't been able to work. What makes it even shittier is that there is no other work going on around here that will pay my bills. I'm thinking, once I get solvent again, I'm going to have to relocate myself to warmer climes so I can work year-round. Oh yeah, and to play golf too.
