How does one pronounce "meme"?
Is it
"mee-mee"?
"meh-meh"?
"mehm"?
"meem"?

It's been bugging me that I don't know how to say it right.
Thanks!

5. Do you mean:
m, e (sharp accent), m, e (sharp accent)? In which case it means "ol' lady" and pronounces "meh meh".

Or m, e (circumflex accent), m, e? In which case it means "same", or "very" (in the sense "that very day"), or sometimes "even", and pronounces "mem".

But maybe you don't mean in French...

7. Either way, it's just not one of those words that does much ...
I predict a short shelf life for it. It will likey be used by a small group of people who think too highly of their intellect and just need a trendy catch phrase to latch on to for the moment. It's too fringe for most I'm guessing.

12. I would leave that to the right
in the same way that GuHAWeehDUH is used for God. How the heck they get 4 syllables out of three letters is beyond me.

11. They must be selling semiotics textbooks at 7-11...
considering how it's been flung around. Meme is this season's paradigm.
