You would definitely have an excuse here. Been close to 90 degrees the past few days.

6. Now why would you want to go and do something like that? |
|
A GOOD daughter-in-law would insist that she mow the grass herself because the exercise will do her good. It's good for her circulation and her cardio-pulmonary systems. Exercise helps to maintain the heart in good condition and it helps keep her in shape, thereby guarding against the possible onset of osteoporosis in later years.
AND the fresh air would be good for her.
How COULD you take all those benefits away?
Don't you DARE mow that grass. And if she absolutely won't...where's CMW???

That fact, coupled with his lifelong aversion to physical exertion, makes me wary about holding my breath in anticipation of his assistance with this project.
My mother-in-law is on vacation in Spain for another week, and the woman who's housesitting for her doesn't know how to use an electric lawn mower. :eyes:

It will be nice when they're back.
We are having a stress free week. We'll take short trips throughout Ohio. We'll hike and see some of the Ohio caves and then sit on the patio drinking margaritas here at home.
My mom had sold her home in May but the contract fell through the day of the closing so she was delayed in coming but she's coming in early August so we have been very busy rearranging things. We are "mom" proofing the house; finding places she could fall, putting up railing, that sort of thing.
So no big adventures here, just relaxing and fun stuff for a week. :)
 :loveya:
