Kind of a rant...

About the yellow pages and advertising.....

So went to have my cereal this morning and poured the milk....
When I ate ti the milk was warmish.....
so I am checking everything and uncover the vents,
do some troubleshooting tips from the book and waited about a half hour
Well damnit it was still warm
So I pull out my trusty phone book and see 5 EMERGENCY 24HOUR EVERYDAY appliance repair ads...
I call one leave a message with the service and they call me back they can not come until MONDAY..HUH??
thats not 24 hour emergency???? They are short on servicemen.... so I make an appointment for Monday just in case

well I called the others, one was closed until Monday, ones number was disconnected and the other two could not come out until Monday either...... HUH?!?!?!? Why advertise if you aren't gonna follow through!!!!

So I had to run to the store buy 2 coolers and some ice, put some stuff in my neighbors fridge, some stuff in the cooler
and then I had to throw some stuff out... Same with the freezer part.... so I cleaned the fridge to and here we sit.....
The one thing I was really worried about was keeping my beer cold for tonight!!!!
and the milk good for coffee tomorrow.....
Got my priorities :evilgrin: :beer: :beer: :rofl: :rofl:

so thats my kinda rant....

it's hard to actually find people to work sometimes.

sorry it's been such a deal!

I've gone up the road a ways with a friend, we ran around and did some things, had lunch, and then he dropped me off and now I'm back home.
