Poll question: I am quitting smoking at midnight tonight
I got drugs, gum, and desire.

I have one cigarette and some pretty good size butts.

The Question:

How should I do the next 1.5 hours?

19. Oh dang!
There's a perfect Idea!

I have candy (which I only like in small amounts), Triscuits (which I only like with cheese) and toothpicks on standby.. lol

Showers sound like a plan.. beats the "stab back of left hand with a pen" thing I was considering :D

I know you can do it, sweetie!

Just remember that most cigarette companies are owned by Republicans......

That should help you quit!

They just want your money....they don't care if you live or die...

GO FOR IT!

35. You can do it Inchworm
You sound like you have it all set up and are ready to go! What a great birthday gift to give yourself. That is what I did for myself too when I quit.

You only need the desire. If you really want to quit it will happen. That is not to say that you won't crave one and REALLY want one every now and then once you get past the initial stage, but I promise you, it truly is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Good luck and feel free to PM me if you want to chat....
