My 10k has been going in the opposite direction. Slowed to 48 minutes. :( Just remember nothing beats great shoes.

I'm training for a marathon also, my first actually. I'm running the Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon on 1/13/2008. My longest long run to date was 7 miles, which I ran in about 90 minutes. So I'm definitely a much slower runner than you are, but I'm improving. :)
Keep up the great work, and have fun! :hi:

I couldn't believe it when I finally looked at my watch
I start the Hal Higdon schedule starting tomorrow. I was getting ahead of the training.

I planned on 12 miles, but my legs were noodles after water skiing yesterday, so I turned around at the five mile mark.
