That's Ascona, just across the lake from us in Ticino, southern Switzerland. I didn't take the photo; it's a current webcam capture to illustrate how grouchy I am with rainy, overcast weather. :P

I live in Massachusetts, outside Boston, about 23 miles or so.

Here's the same view in the winter, angle just a little more to the right and still gray!
This beautiful tree is laden down with ice, after an ice storm.
