Anybody else have trouble sleeping last night? |
|
I laid down about midnight and was WIDE AWAKE. I don't think I fell asleep until 3Am this morning. :P I got caught up watching a Reese Witherspoon movie.

4. I have bouts of insomnia |

associated w/ my cycle. But it seems a bit early this month for that.
I'm scared of anything stronger than aspirin for sleep. I don't want to come to depend on it. Is Tylenon PM good for occasional use?

5. Yep. It's just tylenol and benadryl. |
|
Non-addictive, very mild. I only take one because I'm very sensitive to meds.

I'm getting to where one will do me. It's the nighttime routine, pseudo-placebo

I take them most nights now, two at 10:00 and then by midnight I can go to sleep. It's changed my life because ever since I was a little kid I've laid awake worrying until 3 or 4:00am. I know I'll be sorry the day my liver falls out but never being able to sleep pretty much screwed my whole life I think. So it's a tradeoff, finally I sleep..
Looking back I think I needed serious medical help with this for my whole life, I might have paid attention in school, I think not sleeping screwed me up a lot of ways :(

9. You have to take a lot more tylenol than that |
|
to damage your liver. Don't drink alcohol with it - that's key.

2. I kept trying to get my husband to stay awake and goof around. |
|
He didn't appreciate it!
Once I fell asleep I was out cold, it just took awhile.
