What can I say? I've been collecting music since the 70s and now have a good portion of it digitized.

Would there be a radio station that would play hard core metal mixed with industrial electronica with the occasional outlaw country and pure HiNRG dance music? :)

4. 439 in my iTunes library |
|
Edited on Mon Jul-09-07 10:01 AM by bob_weaver
And 90% of them I got them in there by recording off my vinyl albums. 5% from CDs I bought and 5% bought from iTunes store. I would have a lot more if it wasn't so tedious and time consuming to transfer from vinyl.

Figured I'd do well to save copies of them, just in case anything ever happened to our discs.

10. Pretty much it's just stuff from the online music technology community. |
|
Individuals making music, not stuff from records and CDs.
I just can't take the losses inherent in the MP formats.
If you have a DVD player, see if it can play CDs. Hook it to your stereo and find out if it sounds better than your CD player. Chances are, it may.

Though more on my iPod. After loading a CD into, I'll delete it from my hard drive to save space. Library CD's and iTunes usually stay there until I decide to burn them onto a CD for safe keeping.

I go crazy with the music :headbang: A few hundred are speeches or comedians so it's probably 7,500 songs. My best friend has me beat by thousands though. If I lost them I'd kill myself.

22. Somewhere around 8,000. |

iTunes says around 10,000 but I do have a lot of duplicate tracks and live recordings of the same songs, so 8,000 is more realistic.
