Let's say: Whoah! This is a real good movie(Yeah,it's not Citizen Cain but...)

I was really moved by the story, especially because I believe that

nothing is written,faith is bullshit.(Yeah I know)

Emma Thompson is really incredible!

If you saw it,can you please tell your opinion?

1. I love that movie

I saw it in theaters the day it was released and I have the DVD.

I like how Will Ferrell (whom I'm not a huge fan of) doesn't overplay his part. There's very little screaming, and when he does scream, it's out of frustration, not just to get a cheap laugh.

Also, Maggie Gyllenhaal is cool.

The movie made me cry as well.

Also, what's up with comparing every movie ever made to Citizen Kane? It's not just you. I'm seeing it everywhere. "The movie is no Citizen Kane, but it's pretty good..." Freakin' EVERYWHERE. What's so special about Citizen Kane? I've never seen it, but it seems that's the be-all end-all of great movies, apparently. And I don't know if I should see it because I kind of already know how it ends anyway. At least, I know what "Rosebud" means.

2. We were a test audience before it was released.
Nothing much changed. We loved it and now own the DVD. In fact, we watched it on Sunday afternoon while recuperating.

3. I insisted to my husband that we rent it shortly after it came out on dvd
I, being an amateur fiction writer, liked the whole premise of it. My husband didn't expect to like it but did.

4. I love it when...
I see a movie that I think I'm going to dislike and end up really liking it. Mean Girls falls into that category.
