Why do I have to be an organ donor to use the search function?

I've never understood this. I mean, being an organ donor is all fine and noble and stuff, but why does Skinner insist on us becoming donors before using the search function?

It's a mystery...

Bring back the "Ask the Administration" section! (Or whatever it was called.)
