which region would you destabilize?
me, i'd bottom out mortgage-backed bonds and make all institutional and governmental investors dump the dollar in heavy trading thereby crippling our economic system.

throw in some EMP bursts for good measure and wipe out all the computer systems and throw us back into the stone age.

yeah, that would be a great equalizer. give everyone a fresh start.
