I would rather give fan voting, say about 1/3 of the weight in terms of selection for All-Stars, and the rest by managers/peers who REALLY know each other.

And BTW, Matt was overwhelmingly voted #1 by his PEERS - that tells me that he deserves a start, not Bonds.
