Any hardware store should have them. Once trapped take it FAR away from your house, when I catch one I take it to work and let it go in the woods next to the office. Lets see the little bugger find its way back from there.

quarter (to act as a dinner plate), and some really really small forks and spoons. Make a nice little place setting on your kitchen floor for the mouse, complete with a little thimble-full of wine. Invite the mouse to have dinner, and after he passes out from drinking the wine, gently pick him up and place him outside. Hope this helps.

When I lived in a house with mice, my cat killed them quite efficiently for a little, tiny, 5 lb critter. She got one once as a kitten that she couldn't kill-I had to finish the job. I picked in up in a plastic bad (so I didn't have to touch it) and hit it with a broomstick, to put it out of its misery.
