So I made this dessert tonight. Mr. LIW thinks it's Pillsbury Bake-Off worthy.

2. Well, if I'm going to enter it, I can't give TOO many details...

But it was a cinnamon roll-up type thing with a cooked blueberry sauce drizzled over the top. I didn't have what I deemed to be enough cinnamon (which is a shocker, as I don't remember EVER running out of cinnamon my whole adult life), so I added a dash of this secret ingredient and a pinch of that secret ingredient. :P

At any rate, it was good. Now I just have to go back and try to figure out how much of each ingredient I used.

6. yes, I do understand the need to keep it secret for

competition purposes! Just wondering the general 'gist' of it. My husband really wants to lose some weight so I am trying to refrain from baking (very hard for me to do - I find baking very soothing); I'm just having to bake vicariously! ;-)
