13. My worries:

That my wife is getting worse, that there is not much I can do for her - that I don't have insurance for her anymore. Losing my house back in Ohio, having my income diminished by a large amount.

Worried that at 41 when I had my own house and a good paying job and I am now renting from my in-laws and make half what I used to - and how can I make the dreams of the woman I love come true when I am so lost at times.

That my uncle will die today, and he may well as he has only days left. That my dad will die and I won't be there as he is 2200 miles away. While before I moved I lived next door to him.

I worry that I cannot be superman and take care of my wife and daughter, while taking care of myself. That my kids whom I did not see for 8 years and I tore myself up over will never talk to me again after their mom died - my oldest son has talked to me and lived with me, but he turned out to be a self centered prick like his mom. And at the same time was my little boy who gave me my first grandchild whom I may never see again.

And those are only some of the worries I am having right now. They get worse :) But such is life. It could be worse. My kids could be sick, they are not.

It can always be worse, so I will take what I have and try to make the best of it.

My wife's Parkinson's might get worse, my kids back in Ohio may never talk to their old man again, but when it is all said and done it could have been worse.

I'll rant about the bad, because it helps me. But I also know that I am a lucky man who is with a woman I love dearly, we have a daughter that means the world to me, and the lord has blessed me with experiences in my life that some people will never have.

Good and bad. Bitch about the bad, but give more than equal time to the good.

Some nights, like tonight, the bad creeps up on ya and upsets me. But overall, I am damned thankful for what I got. :)
