5. But if you want serious, I'd say Horowitz playing anything.
He causes me to love whatever he recites.

12. She is great.
I loved that time in the 90's when the singer/songwriter were big. It was all about people like Tori Amos, Sarah McLachlan, Natalie Merchant, Sheryl Crow.

Now, the pendulum has swung to the bubblegum crap. Hopefully, the pendulum will come back again soon.

Verdi Cries

This song touched me profoundly when it first came out, I was around 18 and I used to play it over and over.

11. I love his voice.
You can hear the sadness in it. Funny thing about him is, his voice really isn't good. I sort of relate him to Peter Gabriel. The voices don't have astounding clarity, but they have a great ernestness to them.

And, Neil Young is a great songwriter. "Harvest Moon" was my favorite from him.

23. Off topic, but Glenn Gould playing Goldberg Variations + Aria 1-7,
very close to his death, but I don't see how that can add any poignance or depth to these amazing performances:

(First variation, i.e., second song, makes me so happy).

I love the piano in this song. Probably doesn't count but the guy is really talented and does some nice riffs at the end (starts around the 3 minute mark). Never have found out who it is though.
