Anyone here have a Hybrid Honda Civic?

1. We bought one in April and without a doubt - YES.

It has better visibility than the Prius, we average 45mpg going 75-80 mph, it's quiet, has an ipod jack and has a great interior. It's also less expensive than the Prius.

It also feels like driving a space ship. :P

3. It's an '07... but we got the model without the GPS.

You'll need to get an attachment for the ipod jack (which is an auxillary jack for the sound system, actually). My husband commutes fifty miles one way every day to work, and he loves it.

I would prefer a model generation older, simply to save money but am not against a new one. Your endorsement makes me feel better about it though.

Or maybe even this one for a bit more savings, but I have no idea what special problems they may have as they age.
