if it were my airline, i'd say lifetime ban for her and a ban until age 18 for the brat

One thing that always makes me uneasy about those discussions is that I've known many parents who are hesitant to bring children to AA and NA meetings because they are worried about how the people will react if the child squirms or talks or starts crying. And they may need that meeting more than anyone.

16. I don't think she should be punished. I think she just needs a little parenting guidance.

I also think she maybe shouldn't push her PR campaign against the airline quite so hard.
