So my sister is trying to get me to stop smoking
apparently my grace period durning trying times has worn out...lol

seeing how my little cough has probably turned into bronchitis, it may be a good time to a least start cutting back

wish me luck :bounce:

2. Do more aerobic exercise
After 1/2 hour, your lungs will be screaming in agony. Maybe it won't make you quit right away, but it will certainly give you a reason to.

5. Good Luck, Rising Phoenix.
I quit 13 years ago. It will be hard but totally worth it.

8. Good luck.
Cutting back is easier than quitting outright for some people. It's worth a shot.

15. Blow smoke in her face and put your butt out in her palm.
That'll teach her a thing or two about meddling in your affairs.
