I had an appointment with my occular oncologist and found out that the tumor in my left eye was dead.

That was a very good day!

27. I have "20/60" vision in the eye, but it is distorted as if I have macular degeneration.

(Which, I basically have. The tumor is right on the macula.)

I have no night vision at all in that eye and cannot read with it. I can see pretty well with it in the daylight, however.

The good thing about it being on the macula is that the tumor was caught very, very early.

I consider myself very lucky in that respect.

I was just about to sit down on my garden wagon to plant a few new flowers when I noticed a yellow jacket's nest. I decided it would be prudent to plant another day after the bees are dead and gone.
