I saw it on the fourth, and I went in there with many reservations ( this is my childhood Hollywood is fucking around with, here ) and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised and entertained. There were some things that were changed that I didn't really understand, but it worked out quite well. I'm planning to see it a second time......I sure wish Starscream got more screen time, though

4. Sorry to hear it...are you familiar with the 80's cartoon?
or are the kids familiar with it at all? Did they enjoy it?

9. I have no interest, was too old to watch the cartoon
The kids watch it, rent the vids, etc., but to them, it was just "cool."

The theatre we went to tore all the seats out and replaced them with loveseats and end table, added a full menu, and a liquor license.

So it was pretty cool nonetheless, and comfy...

12. Liquor license? I'm glad we didn't have that one! It was a packed house
and after my last movie-going experience I was a bit edgy ( the last movie experience was not a good one, to say the least....other people's ignorance ). Anyway, I was pleased

2. Talk to GirlinContempt.
She threatened to disown me if I enjoyed myself at the movie.

3. I won't ask anymore of you, then
:scared: If it's one thing I don't need in my life...it's to be disowned by anyone ( surprised that hasn't happened yet, though )

Which is the highest grade I can give a Michael Bay film.

10. I was also suprised

I downloaded it for a friend, and decided to give it a whack.

It must have caught me in a great mood, because despite the usual Michael Bay billion-cuts an hour rule, and STUPID helicopter work, it was not bad.

Much better than that new Die Hard movie, that was a total shitbomb.

The only sad part is that for every Michael Bay movie made, 4 violin players suffer from carpal tunnel

11. I'm not familiar with Michael Bay or his works...except for Armageddon
which I really didn't care for.....I've heard a lot of anti Michael Bay sentiment on here but again...don't know the guy

Having grown up with this cartoon, I suppose it was all anticipation and damn the torpedoes...but there were plenty of things I would not have changed as far as the Autobots and Decepticons were concerned..
