what's not right is that I consumed absolutely no alcohol yesterday. Not a drop. I did manage to get down a full gallon pitcher of Crystal Light pink lemonade (which means I can't possibly be dehydrated).
I've got a headache, and my head is fuzzy and I'm having hot flashes on the half hour.
I'm not enjoying this.

Some of the sugar substitutes bother people and can give headaches, stuff up their heads, etc.. I can drink one diet coke but will get a raging headache if I drink the second one. Maybe you have a sugar-free hangover?

he has a problem and can't process it well. Maybe a similar problem would explain hangover-like symptoms
