Jack and Diane, two teenage lesbians, meet in New York City and spend the night kissing ferociously. Diane's charming innocence quickly begins to open Jack's tough skinned heart. But, when Jack discovers that Diane is leaving the country in a week she tries to push her away. Diane must struggle to keep their love alive while hiding the secret that her newly awakened sexual desire occasionally turns her into a werewolf.

Cheesy? I'd say maybe, but I'm kind of heartened by the acting choices. Ellen Page, who plays Diane in the flick, was also in "Hard Candy." She was utterly phenomenal in that. So who knows, they go dark, and this could be more "Ginger Snaps" than B movie.

There's more info here (pictures here). It gives a release date of summer 2007, though imdb says 2008. Looks like production is at least underway, though.

And for the wife too. She loves Horror, though is not big on sci-fi.

I like some of the current asian horror films and watch them any chance I get. It is no surprise the same theme crops up in them as it is part of their cultural mythology.

Someday they will make a film about the bush misadministration, and it will be a horror movie :)

Primarily we cover the new one. There are fans of the old and it is a more than welcome topic. We are very unstrict about Off Topic, etc. We tend to criticize Dirk Benedict for that idiot thing he wrote, evidently out of sexism/jealousy, "The Castration of Starbuck" but you will find fans of both.

Our Group is now private. We were getting lots of porno spam and I have kids on the group. Our youngest member is 12 and our oldest is 78. Some of us have known each other for years. We've had deaths and births and graduations and... We are like a family. ...and newbies feel at home immediately, I promise. I am not strict. We talk about all sorts of stuff. ...even sometimes politics though we have a subgroup primarily for that. People post stuff about their kids and their vacations and ...but mostly it is about our shows.

I thought Twin Peaks was on the Group page. I will go add it now and you can even feel like it's An Official Topic...<g>


I have some cool members...a couple of authors and a couple of members in in show biz.

I am no taskmaster. ...kind of the extreme opposite. People there pretty much regulate their own behavior. ...and I have such a socialist nature I wanted to make all the members owners. Yahoo has a 15 owner/mod limit though...and that's how many I have....<g>
