My brother (who was visiting from Oregon) took that pic of him a little over a year ago. The dog was not posed; he just jumped into the chair and sat down while we were getting ready for the BBQ.

It's just something about their eyes and demeanor. They are gorgeous, but I don't do dogs that big.

As a matter of fact, I don't do dogs at all. Not since 1988, when our last Cocker Spaniel passed away.

However, that could change. I'm still discussing the stray rat terrier/Jack Russell terrier female who stole my heart a week or so ago.

The woman who owns him agreed to meet with me on Tuesday. I told her that she should place the dog with me because she's being bullied by THREE OTHER BIG DOGS!
