11. Sadly I am a procrastinator too. It;s been 5 yrs for me

I hate to make appointments because I never know when I will sleep, so I often miss them or end up cancelling because I am too tired .. and scheduling labs is horrendous because I don't go to bed at 10 and wake up at 7 ".. and it;s hard to fast when you are awake .. I am a coffee addict :(

Well, cracked ribs sure don't sound fun. Can you believe I still have a rib that hurts me, from a collision with a Coca-Cola truck, in 1993?! The physical therapist (many years ago) told me I might always feel a little pain because the human body is constantly moving-- due to breathing, and therefore ribs don't always completely heal. When I told the doc it hurt when I wore tight pants, he quipped, "Then don't wear tight pants!" Doctors... sigh.
