And your industry is on the verge while the field I'm in is growing. The state is shutting down all it's facilities so private is now the way to go-for less money. (I'm in mental health.) And the private companies I've noticed popping up lately for the field are no different then what you are talking about with your field-slimy people running their offices out of a storefront who actually inform prospective employees that if they don't like you they'll find a reason to fire you, since they can find ten of you on any street corner.

I'm ready to leave. I've been in this field off and on since I was 18. I think it's time.
