I feel your pain, however it sounds like a nice teaspoon of bio identical progesterone cream is just what you need.

That or maybe just an appointment at the day spa.

3. Go ahead and rearrange the living room furniture.

It'll make the place seem brand new. It's sort of like washing your car because clean cars run better then dirty cars (something about the auto's self esteem).

Then when you are done rearranging furniture, sit down on the couch and dwell upon the irony of having swollen ankles with your screen name.
