If you have a customer whose last name is "Rucker", pay close attention to the proximity of the "R" key and the "F" key. You'd hate to make a mistake in a file which may be discoverable in litigation, particularly if you once suspected this customer of committing a crime.
Note: this was not MY mistake, just one that I noticed in a file of mine today.
