I decided to put a single, thin blue streak through my hair.

It's in the back and underneath where I can show it with my hair up, or hide it with my hair down. It looks really cool.

As an added bonus, my fingertips now have a lovely "deprived-of-oxygen" look to them. :eyes:

30. In college, I had a neon stripe on the left side of my head

from above my temple, back and down to the center of of my neck. It was a different color every month. I think the only color I have pictures of was Electric Blue.

My hair was as short then as it is now, so the stripe really stood out. Of course, I was a big activist doing all kinds of volunteer work and trouble-making for good causes, so it was good to stand out. :)

You have me feeling nostalgic. :P

But about a month ago I died it a much darker brown. I just took the strip, bleached it, then dyed the bleached part blue.

If you do it, wear latex gloves. ;)

Bleach the hair that you want to change before you apply the blue dye.
