All right, yes — it's TRUE! I'm part of an organization that goes to pre-schools, encouraging kids to buck like funnies during recess. One of our presentations, "Why You Oughter on the Teeter-Totter," recently won the coveted Teeny Peenie "for extraordinary efforts in destroying America's moral fabric." (Previous Teeny Peenies went to Rosie O'Donnell, Ellen Degeneres and Chuck E. Cheese.)
