1. It's changed significantly with the new postal rates.

They're now charging an additional fee for "oversized" envelopes (we're getting tons of mail returned at the office). If you don't have a postage scale to make sure you get the right postage based on the new rates, you're really better off taking the darn thing to the post office.

Pain in the freaking ass, it is.
