How much better does the "view" count of your threads make you feel

Sometimes, when I ain't getting shit for replies, it does make me feel better to see that people are at least reading me, even if they don't say a mumbling thing.

2. If I'm interested, I'll look instead at the various *ratios*....

... replies/view, recs/view, and that sort of thing. Gives a better basis for cross-thread comparison, and something of an idea about what sorts of things really get DUers juices flowing. I wrote a javascript awhile back adding those columns on even - lol. I'm such a fucking geek.

It depends...

Sometimes it really bothers me...

I mean, I go to some effort to post a thread...

And when 10 or 20 minutes go by, and NO responses....I feel bad...

It's as though they will look.....but it's not good enough to respond to?

That is upsetting to me...

Then, later, when I have more responses, I don't care as much...

I want people to respond, damn it!

But I have no control over it....:shrug:
