they squawk a lot and get shit and feathers everywhere.

they clump together and become pals.

there are very few people who can be relied upon to have good sense, a respect for proportion, and who are genuinely nice people.

there are about 5-10 people here whose opinions i regularly admire and who seem well-grounded enough in their identity to actually take seriously.

without naming names, we all know there is a little group around here (i call them the PM mafia) who have all these behind the scenes dramas and who are simply vicious.

i take none of them seriously. their opinions have no bearing upon anything.

in GD, there is the gaggle of "usual suspects." i watch them and laugh a lot. they seem so intent on building up their "cred." plus, they are transparent as hell and don't even know it. so very clever.

but as a rule, i have never found a case where someone did not have some flavor of agenda anywhere in life, and trustworthiness is always on a case-by-case basis.
