2. If you're familiar with bittorrent

you can download a .mpg of them doing it in a live outdoor concert (this I know because I did it last night). It looks fairly recent- I'd say within the past five years or so.

Nothing like aging rockers doing what made 'em famous. 'Tis a great thing.

3. I actually heard a lounge singer covering that song.

I know it sounds cliche, or maybe just like total bullshit. but, as God is my witness, I heard the piano bar singer at the top of the revolving restaurant in the Brentwood/Bel Aire Holiday Inn perform that particular gem. And perform it he did.

With neither irony nor guile. No sense of shame at all.

Hearing a lounge singer do that song for twenty minutes, with your mother asking, "why do you keep giggling?" is a step beyond surreal.
