I need some advice about a shoe dillema

just got a pair of pumps, they fit great
but when I walk in them the back slides
I can't go down a size, they will never fit....
any ideas on how to stop the sliding???
does this happen to any one else???

1. At some shoe stores they have these pads you can stick in the back

that take up the slack a bit and also stop the sliding.

They are shaped like a knuckle bandage.

(I have very skinny heels - I buy these all the time.)

2. I've got a pair like that.

They're the most comfortable pair I own to wear for any length of time but I tend to walk out of them if I try to walk on grass.

I'd be interested in any possible solution, too. I haven't found one yet.

I'll look for them the next time I go out. Do you think a knuckle bandage would work? I've got boys who mess up their knuckles all the time...so I've GOT the bandages.

Oh. Wait. #3 son cut up his knuckles the other day so I might be out.

5. I have put band aids on the back of my heels to stop that.

I think there's also something for sale like that, but it attaches to the back of the heel.

18. My advice is to use shoes that are actually shaped like a human foot.

Or maybe your feet really are pointy.
