Looks like we can see why the Supreme Court can't be trusted anymore...
It looks like Chief Justice William Renquist and Justice Antonin Scalia took a hunting trip with Dick Cheney. This is all in light of the fact that Cheney has an pending case before them. Here's the

2. The Supreme Court couldn't be trusted on December 12, 2000...
When Scalia (whose son was working for a law firm that was representing the Bush/Cheney campaign in the Florida recount) and Clarence Thomas (whose wife was working on a committee that was vetting potential cabinet appointments for Bush during the Florida recount) both sided in the majority in "Bush vs Gore", the decision that installed Bush as President. Scalia and Thomas both should have recused themselves in that case...clear conflicts of interest.
