That is a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker/Smoker, also known as a bullet smoker. It's a real nice way to slow cook BBQ over low heat.

I had to go to Memphis a few years ago and developed an appreciation for BBQ ribs. When I got home, I had to learn how to cook them like that. Yum!

Third visit, second social worker, and they seem to be clueless. If I was homeless and destitute they'd know what to do. But if I'm trying to be prepared in advance so that I don't end up homeless and destitute they have no idea what I can do in advance or what I should be prepared to do later.

We're in the process of getting him evaluated for Aspergers right now but if that is the case, he'll be very high functioning and should need minimal educational assistance so it's not too bad.

He's a very healthy, happy little boy though and he's absolutely in love with his Mommy so all is well. :)

And very much a mommy's boy. My husband is always getting scolded for "talking too loud to Mommy," and 99% of the time we're just kidding around! After the scolding, he walks over to me and says, "It's okay Mommy, I'll protect you" and gives me a big hug and kiss. I love it. It gives me validation that at least I'm doing SOMETHING right. :)

I had a lot of friends there, and the people who ran the place liked it, and most everybody else there seemed to like it, too. I still have massive stage fright and couldn't eat all day (plus my other issues) but it went really really well.

Plus my cute neighbor (whom I've had a crush on for several months) showed up and smiled at me the whole time, and even took a pick of me with her camera phone. That was really cool! :)
