Laws should only say that if a purveyor wants to make a place "adult only", they can't allow minors in and whatever they do there, so long as there are no windows, is fine.

Want to let people have sex on the bar? Go for it.

Want to let strippers give blow jobs? Go for it.

WHY DO PEOPLE CARE ABOUT THIS SHIT?!?!?!

At some point, some group of prudish godsmacking jackasses sat around the city council table saying "Okay, how about if her tits can get within 6 inches of his pecker, but her vagina has to stay covered and at least 12 inches away?"

"No no no - I say tits can touch a non-exposed penis, and vaginas can get to within 6 inches and don't need to be covered unless the strip club also serves liquor, in which case it has to be covered at least 3/4 of inch away from the pubic hair unless it's ater 12:00 am, in which case she can be uncovered, unless there are more than three dancing poles, in which case the bar needs to pay an extra $500 a year licensing fee to allow women to be fully undressed after 12:30 am."

I mean, really - groups of people, at some time, tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of groups over our country's history, in practically every fucking city and county in this country, sat down and discussed - in extreme detail - just what, exactly, is allowable in a strip bar.

Seriously - these people sat down, at a city council meeting, and discussed how they wanted to legally define "table dance" and "lap dance" and then probably debated fixing the potholes on Main St. and heard from Mr. ElderlyCrank about how Twelfth and Vine needs a stop light.
