5. book showed up

Did a parade,had some festival food.
It was on the doorstop when I got back. (just after lunch)
Missed going to the bookstore party and I would like to say next time I will do the party again and not the amazon thing.
but alas there is not next time is there...

7. I'm in the same boat with you!

The last time I did the Amazon "get the HP book on its release date" thing, I had my book by 7:30 AM!!! It's now 1pm my time & UPS has until 7pm to get it to my doorstep before I can start yelling at Amazon. :grr: Did I mention that the book has been in my hometown since early yesterday morning?

So, all I can do is sit here & :banghead: & sing "Some day my half-blood prince will come."

8. IT's HERE!!!

Actually it got here about 1:30 - just as I was leaving to run errands of course - the older son was screaming "IT's HERE! IT's HERE!" I think he scared the mail woman, but she said she'd been getting a lot of that.

I've not seen much of him sense, 'cept he wanders down for more snacks.

I ran around trying to get aLL my chores done so I could be UNINTERRUPTED when I start.

Now I'm finishing up my DU threads - don't want anyone thinking I died or something. lol

I wish I could make it through the evening without being BOTHERED but the NSSO refuses to keep the little one all night so I'll have him to deal with. The NSSO, not the little one - well I'll have to deal with him, too - but - oh never mind! I don't have time to make it sound right. Yall know what I mean, right?

I got to do!!!!


(Oh - my daughter said to tell yall that she was NOT sleeping, but had gotten up to go hiking at 6 am!!)
