I just had a major trauma!!!

I was getting into my afternoon clothes when my buttoner, whose hands were accidentally 3rd-degree burned when I took a curling iron to them for speaking to me in an outside voice, couldn't button my vest, or my shirt.

AND I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK BUTTONS!!!!!!!!!!

How am I supposed to function?! I've got a croquet match in 10 minutes!



Maybe one of the stable boys knows how to work a button. Those people wear clothes with buttons, don't they? Of course, I never insulted myself by looking at them, but I assume they must.
