aka The America's Test Kitchen Family Cookbook? Excellent, excellent book, where they will try 30 or 40 different ways to make apple pie, eggs florentine, beef tenderloin, etc. Our favorite and most-used cookbook.

It has a great recipe for deep-dish apple pie (with crumb topping). I can fax it to you tomorrow if you like.
