Can you freeze cream/half-&-half?
Anyone ever tried this? It always goes bad before I finish a whole container and I'm wondering if I could freeze it into cubes to use out of the freezer in my coffee. Or would it get all gross? I'm going to have to experiment but was wondering if anyone of you has ever tried this?

1. No, it changes the mollecular structure, creating crystalline unstability.
Re-unfrozen half and half have been used in explosives. Do not eat it. It can combine with methane in the alimentaty canal and produce unpredictable outcomes in cellular conversion.

3. Make ice cream.
Then just put a scoop in your coffee - there's your sugar, your cream, your vanilla.

4. Good question.

One can freeze milk and sweetened whipped cream but not cream sauces. Whipping cream won't whip properly after being frozen either.

I don't know how unsweetened cream or half & half would do but it's worth a shot.

on edit: looks like it's fine.

5. It separates and turns into little globules...
Doesn't mix in very well.

I've tried it before and had some success reconstituting it... Don't remember exactly what I did.
