The Global Asparagus Report
http://www.washingtonasparagus.com/default.cfm?body=reportcheck.cfm

Here's just a taste of what's in store for you...

"Asparagus production in Australia totaled 10,336 metric tons (MT) in 2005. The primary asparagus growing regions in Australia are Victoria and New South Wales. Roughly 60% of all asparagus is produced in the state of Victoria, while 32% is grown in New South Wales. Imports from Peru, the United States, and Thailand meet demand from May through July."

Oh yeah, that's the good stuff.
