I can survive anything.
Last night Evita somehow managed to get on top of a door that was open. Mind you, she's only about 8-9 pounds and very nimble. So what does the dumbass of all cats named Abbott tries to do? He gets up there next but he can't get back down so he starts yowling until I had to rescue his 15lb furbutt off of the door.

I had stolen a crappy piece of jewelry from my Mom with the intention of giving it to a little girl I was smitten with.
I waited until she asked to use the restroom and then I asked to go and plodded along the corridor until she came out and I walked up and presented it to her.
She kissed me right on the mouth! Then she turned and ran back to class.

We'd been eyeing each other all night, never dancing together though. Last song was announced, I figured it was now or never. Almost ran to the other side of the gym to ask her to dance, I only made it halfway as she was simultaneously moving toward me. We danced, at the end she kissed me. I was one happy little boy. :)

Suddenly he leaned over and kissed me!
I didn't like it at all...... Waaaay too intimate!
But....by the third one......well....let's just say I'd changed my mind!
Even though I'm now 63, I will never forget that kiss...
I was a very different woman when he took me home that night...
I had crossed the threshold into womanhood...

The ride was one of those tram thingys that took you across the whole park, and gave you a pretty good view of Lake Ponchatrain. I was 11, she was 13. First and only love was back in the 8th grade? Never again? I am so sorry, but there is plenty of time. Good luck finding another John Cahill.

Wow, I figured you were probably running the KKK by now - which is probably why that weekend of kissing never lasted past monday

78. Real kiss when I was 14. It was a guy. |
|
I was at a dance that I went to with a group of girls from my school. His name was Bobby (also about 14) and I danced with him (during the Disco era, no less..:P) for most of the evening. When we got ready to leave, he said he hoped to see me there again and gave me a real kiss---awkward, inexperienced, clumsy, but nonetheless a real kiss. :) I didn't enjoy it enough to come back, but there you have it. :P

85. First opposite-sex: 17 ..... first same-sex: 17 |
|
First opposite-sex REAL kiss was at age 17: Tim (who was 18, and a senior). We had a torrid "Christmas break" dating frenzy, that ensded the day before the second semester started.
First same-sex REAL kiss was the summer before i turned 18: Scotti (who was 25, and an RN), whom i had just met at the annual Pride picnic. I guess she was shecking me out on the volleyball court, because she asked me out for later that evening. We dated for about 6 months.

With tongue and everything.
I didn't hate it, but I didn't see what all the fuss was about either. That came later. :)

89. John. At Disney World. |

I went to River Country USA with my mom the summer right before I turned 14.
He was local, and hanging with a bunch of kids from various places in NY, and a girl from Puerto Rico. We started talking in line, all of us, went on all the rides together and had a TOTAL BLAST all day. It was a really fun time.
Turns out, my mom had been looking all over for me, and was really mad that I was nowhere to be found. Somebody came up and told me she was looking for me. I had to run back and get ready to go. But before I did, he wanted a goodbye kiss.
I wrote to all of them for awhile after that summer, but then we all kind of stopped. We were 14...you know. The old story.

We met in a park. Talked for hours there. Shared a kiss. Never saw each other again. :)
My first boyfriend followed 3 months later. And my first girlfriend (and same sex kiss) 2 years later.

92. 1st Grade -- Bradley Wright (Hi Brad if you're out there) |

I responded by slapping his face. I had watched too many Clark Gable movies and I thought that's how a lady responded to a kiss  He never kissed me again

I think it might have been Ken, but I'm not sure. It was in a club where I'd just met him. Sad way to have a first kiss, eh? :)
