Raise your hand if you look younger and healthier. And what are your tips for keeping the life on your face, not sucking the life out of your body?

Me, I walk, try to keep harmful stress to a minimum while ramping up the good kind, keep up my fluid intake, careful diligent skin care. Good food and friends like those here at DU. :grouphug:

I am 41. I exercise several times a week, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruit, wear sunblock EVERY day (winter and summer), and use Mary Kay skin care.

5. Rachel Zoe deserves a lot of criticism for obvious reasons

but I will forever love her for making big fake boobs outdated and bringing the 70's style back, which I love. Just my very humble opinion.
