I lost my star and can't figure out what is the problem

It had been on a auto-monthly plan and then it is gone. My computer is only weeks old and I am still trying to get all programs going, or I should say grandson comes by and helps out. Can't seem to make contact with the Administrators. Or, is there a problem with the site? pretty sure it is my problem but thought I'd ask.

1. send an emil to the admins

if you made a recent schedule, could just be a mix up. OTOH, these stars last for a year and have to be renewed each year.

2. I did but no response. Used the return thing on one of

their msg. about renewing. Your are probably right, it has been about a years. Thanks. I did try donating but on some form it asked for my mail POP info. Since this is new puter and I am so dumb about setting things up I end up getting stuff on my screen I can't get off or out of. Must get grandson back here. Duh. Again, thanks.

i think it might be with the site, i'd try notifying them again

6. Noticed awhile ago some oldies with no stars and that's when

it occurred to me that it might be some site glitch. If it needs renewed each year than that is most likely my problem. Thanks

7. Did your credit card expire recently??

If so, you have to sign up again using the new expiration date.

11. Got msg. from Skinner and

it was a problem with my credit card somewhere along the line. So, got it straightened out and am now a "star" member again, so I've noticed. Thanks all. Kinda think it had something to do with the Pay Pal thingy. When I first signed up don't think it was an option???

13. Actually I felt naked.......

It just occurred to me that late last year someone was using my credit card, from France, so I had to get a new cc number. That has to be the problem.
