Hot sauce in the Belfast Crown Pub?
So I'm watching Bourdain: No Reservations and he's sitting in a well known Irish pub eating stew, meat pie and having a Guinness (looks really, really good btw) and there's a bottle of tobacco sauce sitting next to his elbow, in a spot that looks like he used it (I didn't notice it earlier and it's close to him as opposed to just sitting at the end of the table).

What the heck is he putting Tabasco sauce on in that meal?

1. My friend Gordon (County Galway) says
all food is stopped at the border to have its flavor sucked out before it can get into Ireland, north and/or south.

2. Well, a friend of mine from Boston went to Madrid, Spain
and hit every Irish pub there.

Go figure.

7. Are you sure it's Tabasco sauce?
I've eaten in places all over Ireland and I've never seen a bottle of Tabasco sauce anywhere. HP Sauce and Chef's Sauce yes, occasionally you might see A-1, but not Tabasco...

8. It certainly looked to be the right size and shape with
red liquid inside, little red cap, I couldn't see a label though, so I could be mistaken I suppose.
