Pics from my blue state vacation!
I went on a baseball trip last week to the northeast -- seeing games at Camden Yards, Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Yankee Stadium, and Fenway Park. I also got in some city tours, as well.

Camden Yards in Baltimore

Me at the Phillies game

Entrance to Citizens Bank, probably the nicest stadium in baseball

Independence Hall

Room in Independence Hall where the Constitution was signed. The front chair is George Washington's actual chair.

NYC skyline

Shot of Broadway Joe in Mickey Mantle's restaurant. It can be yours for a couple of thousand bucks.

Ground zero

Lounge area inside Yankee stadium

The Rocket heading to the bullpen for pregame warm ups. He actually picked up his 350th win in this game.

Former 'Bama player, Andy Phillips, up to bat. Phillips actually doubled on this at bat and "Sweet Home Alabama" was played over the PA. Pretty cool...

More to come...

Fenway Park from Yawkey Way

Me signing my name to the famous "Fisk pole" on top of the green monster

Boston's Old North Church through the trees

Signs like this are all throughout the stadium. Time warp to the 1920's...

I also got a chance to spend a day at the Baseball HOF in Cooperstown, NY...

The last autograph that the Babe ever signed. Signed in his death bed, actually.

The bat on the left is the one Ruth used to "call his shot."

Former UA player and coach, Joe Sewell. FYI, Sewell holds the record for the least number of strikeouts in a season with 4. Also, he only K'd once every 63 at bats over his career. Records that will never be broken...

Me and a wax George Castanza

Gehrig's glove and the shoes, now bronzed, that he made his famous "Luckiest man on the face of the Earth" speech.

Booth in Ford's Theater where Abe Lincoln was assassinated

OUR house in 2008

Korean War memorial

Vietnam memorial -- over 56k names on the wall...

Milwaukee has the racing sausages, DC has the racing Presidents...

The Nats-Cubs game

2. Some nice pics there.
What was your W - L record on the trip? (How did the home teams do in your visits to the parks?)
